Pure Maple Syrup

Maple syrup is derived from sugar maple trees or from red maple trees - the sugar maples will produce a the most popular variety of syrup, while the red maple is also quite sweet. It takes 10 gallons of sap to produce 1 quart of pure maple syrup. Trees typically produce 5 to 15 gallons in a year.

Our syrup is from trees tapped on our own farmstead in Northford during February and March.

You'll find a sweet treat when you eat our maple syrup.
